This is the tale, based on the popular book by Victoria Kann and Elizabeth Kann, of Pinkalicious, who can't stop eating pink cupcakes despite warnings from her parents. Her pink indulgence lands her at the doctor's office with Pinkititis, an affliction that turns her pink from head to toe - a dream come true for this pink loving enthusiast. But when her hue goes too far, only Pinkalicious can figure out a way to get out of this pink predicament.

A tale of love, friendship and GOSSIP set in modern NYC! Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing with a trendy twist will leave audiences laughing and saying OMG! Don't miss your chance to be a part of this fun production with the Theatre School @ NCRT. Auditions will be February 6th, 2012 from 5 –7 (call backs 2/7 @ 5-7) –no appointments necessary. Auditions will be held at the North Coast Rep Rehearsal Space – 987 Lomas Santa Fe Dr. #D, Solana Beach, across the parking lot from the main theatre in the administration office. Please prepare a short Shakespearean monologue. All are welcome to audition! *
* While it's not mandatory, taking either (or both) the Audition Workshop or Shakespearean class will better your chances of being cast!

Playing with Imagination!
The Theatre School @ NCRT brings you Theatre Tots!
This special drama workshop is designed for 4 & 5 year olds and focuses on imagination, creativity and dramatic play.

A letter to the parents:
Greetings Theatre School Parents & Students,
I want to take this moment to say how thrilled I am to be working with all your amazing children as the new theatre school director! I look forward to all your feedback so we can make this program the most fun and educational experience ever! I want to personally invite your children to attend some of our new classes. Our Winter Session runs from January 28 –March 10, 2012 every Saturday. As always, the fee includes one child's ticket to a Theatre School production. Something new you might enjoy is that kids can take more than one class at a time! Please check out the brief descriptions below:
Class One: Stage Basics(3rd -8th Grade)- 9:40am-11am
From the audition to performance, this class covers everything you need to know about a stage production.
Class Two: Creative Storytelling(3rd -6th Grade)- 11:10am-12:30pm
Theatre is storytelling through movement and dialogue. The focus of this class will be to work through a full story, involving physical and vocal development, movement, imagination and improvisational exercises as well as team building.
Class Three: Shakespeare-ience(5th -12th Grade)*- 12:30pm-1:50pm
Want to perfect your Much Ado audition and get aleg up on the competition? Or just learn how to perform Shakespeare? For an in-depth and rewarding experience take NCRT Shakespeare Experience!!
Class Four: Audition Workshop(7th -12th Grade)~ 1:50pm-3:10pm
The Theatre School @ NCRT Audition Workshop will give you the tools to audition with confidence whether for the school play, or for yourdream college!
ALSO NEW: Private Coaching Sessions Available. Do you want to work privately with an acting coach? Our trained teaching artists are available for audition coaching and individual/small group acting lessons.
